Isaiah
IN THIS LESSON
Chapters 28-29 contain warning of judgment and a call to repentance, during a period of Israel's spiritual decline. In these chapters, Isaiah addresses the northern kingdom of Israel, warning them of impending destruction due to their pride, corruption, and reliance on worldly alliances rather than God. He also critiques Judah's leaders, who have become spiritually blind, relying on false security and empty rituals. However, amidst the warnings of judgment, there is hope, as God promises to restore His people and reveal Himself in a new way.
